This policy explains how Roset Hotel & Residence uses cookies and similar browser storage on rosethotel.sk and our booking website, booking.rosethotel.sk.

Cookies are small files saved in your browser. We also use session storage, which normally lasts until you close the tab, and local storage, which can remain until it is removed. These technologies help the website work, remember your choices and, if you agree, measure visits and advertising.
Your choice
You can Accept all, Reject all, or open Settings to choose Analytics and Marketing separately. Both optional categories are off until you allow them. Necessary storage remains enabled because it supports essential functions, security and your saved cookie choice.
Your choice applies to both our main website and booking website. We save it for 365 days in a cookie shared across rosethotel.sk and its booking subdomain. We ask again when that choice expires or when the consent version changes.
You can browse the website and make a booking without agreeing to Analytics or Marketing.
What we use
Necessary storage remembers your cookie choice, supports security and the booking session, and retains the navigation or language choices described below. Storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service you request does not require cookie consent.
Analytics — Google Analytics 4 helps us understand how visitors use our website and booking website, including page visits, navigation and measured actions. It uses browser and session identifiers; this information is not necessarily anonymous. Analytics measurement runs only when you allow Analytics.
Marketing — Google Ads helps us measure advertising results and supports remarketing. It can associate visits and actions with advertising interactions. Advertising measurement and related storage run only when you allow Marketing.
Google Analytics and Google Ads are supplied by Google, including Google Ireland Limited for users in the European Economic Area. Optional cookie use and the associated personal-data processing are based on your consent. The Analytics and Marketing choices are independent.
Cookies and browser storage
The table distinguishes storage on our domains from cookies held on Google's own domains. Lifetimes describe browser storage, not how long a provider keeps data on its servers. Browser limits and later visits may affect expiry.

Changing or withdrawing your choice
Open Cookie preferences in the footer of either website. Turn off the category you no longer want and save your choices. You can withdraw one category while keeping the other enabled.
Our controls stop the corresponding measurement and remove the related cookies on our domains. Marketing withdrawal also clears the associated Google advertising local storage on the website where you change the choice. A saved withdrawal may reload the page to apply the change. Your updated choice is shared with the other website; an already open page checks it again when you return to it.
We cannot delete cookies held on Google's own domains. You can remove those through your browser settings or manage Google's advertising choices through Google's privacy controls. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out with your consent before withdrawal.
You can also block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser. Blocking necessary storage may affect booking or prevent us from remembering your choice.
Maps, the assistant and tag management
The Google map on our Location page loads when you open that page, including when Analytics and Marketing are off. Loading the map connects your browser to Google and supplies connection information such as your IP address and browser details. See Google's Privacy Policy.
The Ella assistant loads from booking.rosethotel.sk on the main website independently of those two optional categories. Opening the assistant or sending an enquiry may involve additional processing by the booking service. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through the assistant.
On the booking website, Google Tag Manager loads to deliver the consent controls and manage tags. This connects your browser to Google's servers before you make a choice. Analytics and advertising measurement follow the separate permissions described above.
